No refunds for printed Sublimation Designs

                 Handmade Physical Products:

 

Please carefully review the items before purchasing. Once items are created for you, we are unable to take them back.

Returns- We are currently not accepting returns unless the item is defective. This does not include items which were damaged due to shipping errors. Please see our shipping policy for information on how to handle shipping damages.

Defective items:

1. We are happy to send a new item to replace the defective product. This does not include items damaged by the shipping company.
2. We may refund your money if the item is defective after we receive the defective product back
3. We may offer a credit to be used on our website

 

 

Exchanges- 

                We do not accept exchanges. All items are handmade specifically at the time of      

                 your order just for you.
