Refund/Exchange /Returns Policy/Cancellations

Refunds: 

 No refunds per industry standards on items which are handmade for each indivdual order. 

Physical Products:

 Please carefully review the items before purchasing. Once items are created for you, we are unable to take them back or process a refund. 

All items are handmade specifically at the time of your order just for you.

Printed Sublimation Designs:

 No refunds for printed Sublimation Designs

Returns/Exchanges- We are currently not accepting returns unless the item is defective. This does not include items which were damaged due to shipping errors. We want you to be happy with your order so please contact us if your product if there is a manufacturers defect. We want to make it right. 

Defective items:

  1. We are happy to send a new item to replace the defective product. This does not include items damaged by the shipping company.
  2. We will refund your money if the item is defective and cannot be replaced.

Shipping Damage:

Please refer to the shipping service for claims against damaged merchandise.  We package your items very well to avoid shipping damage however, shipping damage caused by the shipping service may still occur. Please consult the shipping service to file claims on damaged merchandise.

Cancellations:

Cancellations will be processed with a 5% fee incurred. Your request for cancellation must occur prior to an order being processed. Given that many orders ship quickly please contact us right away for cancellations. We cannot cancel the order or refund it once shipped.
