Cancellations:

Cancellations will be processed with a 5% fee incurred. Your request for cancellation must occur prior to an order being processed. Given that many orders ship quickly please contact us right away for cancellations. We cannot cancel the order or refund it once shipped.

Processing time varies between 1-3 days and orders are shipped within 2-5 business days. Please expect delays for holidays.  Next day, two day air or any other expedited shipping will occur after the order is processed. If processing time takes 1-3 days, your order will ship during that timeframe and then should delivered 1-3 days plus your expedited processing delays.

Shipping Methods:

Shipping in the US is completed via the United States Postal Service (USPS) or UPS. All shipping outside of the US will be shipped using DHL Express, UPS or USPS.

Printed Sublimation Designs:

No refunds for printed Sublimation Designs

Physical Products:

Please carefully review the items before purchasing. Once items are created for you, we are unable to take them back.

Returns- We are currently not accepting returns unless the item is defective. This does not include items which were damaged due to shipping errors.  

Defective items:

1. We are happy to send a new item to replace the defective product. This does not include items damaged by the shipping company.
2. We may refund your money if the item is defective after we receive the defective product back
3. We may offer a credit to be used on our website
